Hey! What's up? I'm Ben, owner and main writer at FitLifeFanatics.com. I've been obsessed with fitness all throughout my life. I started training when I was 12 years old and have been doing so without hiccup now for 16 years. I'm 30 now.
I am in love with strength training and fitness and because of it I decided to go to school and learn as much as I possibly could about strength training and fitness. I went on to receive my masters in Athletic Training from Missouri State University.
