Let me start my review of Kachava by first letting you guys know, I have been using Ka'chava (the vanilla flavor) for the greater part of 2 years now and it has been a freaking godsend for me.
I live a busy lifestyle and needed the nutrition that would give me an edge but I did, and still don't, have the time to cook home cook meals all the time.
I needed something that would allow me to stay in shape and on the go. And for me it was either fast food or a meal replacement.
